Payment and Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due no later than the day of the event after to set up. Once the equipment arrives at the event payment is due and not refundable.
Mimi Pop Entertainment Group Inc. does not issue refunds, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including bad or unsuitable weather. However, if Lessee cancels 48 hours in advance, Mimi Pop Entertainment Group Inc. allows Lessee to reschedule their event according to the availability of our equipment (Bouncy Castle, Food Concession).
Rentals equipment including but not limited to (Bounce castles, Soft Play, Costumes, Cosplay, Food Concession, Photo Booth, Round Backdrop structure, Plinths structure, Round Backdrop theme cloths, Plinths theme cloths, Cake Stand, and Characters Toys) can be cancelled for any reason up to 48 hours prior to booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but can become a credit if cancelled within the proper cancellation time period. The credit deposit can be used to reschedule an event within one years’ time.
