Our online descriptions include information like the dimensions of our castles kindly allow an additional 4 feet at the back for the fan and another 3 feet all the way around for placement of the safety mat and so the castle will not collide with any fences or objects that could destroy it. Please make sure that there are no tree branches that could damage the bouncer in the area you have chosen.

A hand truck is used when transporting the castles into position. The Bouncy castle, when rolled up on the hand truck, is a little larger than a 55 gal drum. Therefore, in most cases, we will need a standard size doorway to get the castle into your venue. Please let us know if you have a lot of staircases or a tight entranceway, so that we can arrange alternative access if required.

Yes, all our castles are appropriate for usage indoors. Just remember to confirm that the height of the ceiling is more than the height of the castle built. You can get information about the height of all our castles from our website.

Mostly, our castles can contain 6 to 12 children at a time.

Rentals equipment (Bounce castles, Indoor playground, Costumes, Cosplay, Food Concession, and Photo Booth) can be cancelled for any reason up to 48 hours prior to booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can become a credit if cancelled within the proper cancellation time period. The credit deposit can be used to reschedule an event with one years’ time.

Mimi Pop Entertainment Group Inc. reserves the right not to perform outdoor engagements when, in Mimi Pop Entertainment Group Inc. judgment, weather conditions would be detrimental to the equipment and/or safety concerns for the Lessee. We are not responsible for bad weather and no refunds will be awarded if Lessee does not cancel 48 hours in advance. If the cancellations happen before 48 hours Mimi Pop Entertainment Group Inc. allows Lessee to re-schedule their event according to the availability of our equipment (Bouncy Castle, Food Concession).

Participators must be supervised at ALL times. Please go over all rules to participators before using the inflatable unit. The customer agrees to supervise both the equipment and its use at all times said the equipment is in the possession of the customer.

Full payment is due no later than the day of the event prior to setup. Once the equipment arrives at the event payment is due and not refundable and a deposit of 50% of your total rental fees is required in order to guarantee any reservation
